This guide outlines everything you need to know, including general tips and tricks for rebirth and some step-by-step guides to rebirth quests.
An Overview:
Requirements: Players level 80+
Rebirth NPC: Gene Expert Goethe(Jungle City)
1. Rebirth is classified into three grades and can be done when players level-up from level 80 to level 84, level 85 to level 89 and hit level 90.
2. Based on the different
rebirth grades, the attributes and skill points gained after
rebirth are as follows:
Rebirth G1: character will receive 30% bonus attributes and additional 9 skill points.
Rebirth G2: character will receive 40% bonus attributes and additional 12 skill points.
Rebirth G3: character will receive 60% bonus attributes and additional 18 skill points
3. Players can be reborn only when the level requirements for rebirth are met. All reborn players are allowed to make a new choice of character, class and profession. (reborn players can still have old characters in their accounts but can't be reborn with these old characters.)
4. New characters after rebirth can also be reborn once the qualifications are met. We allow players to be reborn 5 times in total.
5. New characters will have their names displayed together with a rebirth icon. Reborn players will top all ranking lists.
6. Reborn players will get a special treat once their new character enters a new scene. A system message will pop up saying "Let's salute our hero, XXX."
Note: To complete a rebirth, each player is given one chance to create a new character. Take care when deleting new characters. Once new characters are removed from your account, the rebirth will fail.
Step-by-step walkthrough:
1. Head to the Jungle and talk to Gene Expert Goethe once you hit level 80. Gene Expert Goethe will ask you to pay a visit to B. City Cop Fomuel.
2. Go to Bright City and accept your first quest from B.City Cop Fomuel.
3. B.City Cop Fomuel will give you your second quest, to kill level 75+ mobs and collect 200 samples of Blood of the King.
4. Once you complete this quest, turn in the quest item to B.City Cop Fomuel and meet a new NPC, Power Core Cmdr Dean in the Power Core.
5. Power Core Cmdr Dean will ask you to
collect 50 Energy Cards, 60 Sec Weapon Pts, 30 Adv Weapon Pts, 60 Sec Armor Pts and 30 Adv Armor Pts.
6. Give these materials to Power Core Cmdr Dean and he will ask you to find Jungle Guardian Greg.
7. When you arrive in the Jungle, find Jungle Guardian Greg, talk to him and accept his quest to kill a boss mob (you will confront different Bosses depending on the number of rebirths you have completed. As your rebirth grade goes up, the level of this boss mob will rise. We recommend you to team up with a friend to avoid being beaten by this boss mob).
8. After you bring death to the boss mob, you can turn in the quest to Jungle Guardian Greg in the Jungle and go find Gene Expert Goethe to take the rebirth.
9. Gene Expert Goethe will ask you to pay 3,000,000 gold.
10. Quit and log back into the game and you will find a Rebirth button on the login interface. Click on this button and you will be able to create a new character with a brand new choice of class and character name. New characters will have their names displayed together with a rebirth icon.
11. Open your character stats window and your character level will be displayed together with the number of rebirths you’ve performed.
New characters after rebirth can also be reborn once the qualifications are met. We allow players to be reborn 5 times in total. Every time you score a victory in your rebirth mission, you are going to give a push to your combat prowess with extra stats and skill points received.
Through rebirth, you can take the game for a spin with an improved stats base. Even though you re-embark on your exploration as a level 1 rookie and try out the same first quest from the NPC, Newbie Trainer Karl, you are quite competent to unleash stances with a frightening damage output that will instill fear into your opponent’s eyes right off the bat.
Rebirth is more than giving you a chance to try out a new class. With different roles you take on, you will get more savvy with the games’ combat mechanics and get an in-depth understanding of the storyline.
